Account Deletion Process - Pet Parents

Should you choose to proceed with deleting your Flooff account, we want you to be aware of the following:

  1. The ‘Delete Account’ option is conveniently located above the ‘Log Out’ button, both on the Flooff – Everything Pets app and web portal (https://petparent.flooff.me/login)
  2. Record Keeping: Your past bookings will be retained for record-keeping purposes and will not be deleted.
  3. Upcoming Bookings: If you have any upcoming bookings, we request you to either complete or cancel them before proceeding with the account deletion. We can only process your deletion request once all pending bookings are resolved.
  4. Data Removal: Upon confirming your account deletion, your personal information related to your Emirates ID only will be permanently removed from our servers, except for personal and pet data which will be retained for legal or regulatory requirements.
  5. Future Use: If you decide to use Flooff services in the future, you will need to create a new account.

Account Deletion Process - Pet Businesses

To ensure a smooth and transparent process for our business partners, the account deletion process for Pet Businesses includes the following steps:

  1. The ‘Delete Account’ option is conveniently located above the ‘Log Out’ button, both on the Flooff – Pet Biz Marketplace app and web portal (https://petbusiness.flooff.me/login)
  2. Email Request: Clicking on the ‘Delete Account’ button will generate an automated email addressed to help@flooff.me
  3. We will follow-up with you within 2 working days, to proceed with the account deletion formalities.
  4. Data Removal: Upon confirming your account deletion, all your business information will be permanently removed from our servers, except for any data we are required to retain due to legal or regulatory obligations.
  5. Future Use: If you decide to use Flooff services in the future, you will need to create a new account.
